03 / The useful details

Questions, answered without the queue.

A few things worth knowing before you set off. If you need help with your account or data, you can find the full policy links in the app.

What is Second Star?

Second Star is an AI-powered Disney day planner. You tell it about your group and what you would like to do, and it creates a personalised itinerary you can view, save, and share.

Which parks does it support?

The active product supports registered Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris park experiences. Availability can vary during the beta, so the app is the best place to see what is currently live.

Do I need to know every ride before I start?

No. You can make a few preferences, reuse saved preferences where available, or use the park-only path and let Second Star give you a considered starting point.

Can my group plan together?

Vacation owners can invite collaborators to view and contribute to a trip. You can also share a read-only Constellation link with family and friends; recipients do not need an account to view it.

Are wait times guaranteed?

No. Star Paths uses Queue-Times.com data for supported parks, including live and historical views where available. Waits, closures, weather, and park operations can change, so treat every number as guidance.

Does Second Star replace official park information?

No. It is a planning companion, not the official source for tickets, opening hours, accessibility, height requirements, closures, or reservations. Check the relevant official park information before acting on a plan.

Is it free?

You can start exploring and generate a plan for free. Some deeper tools may be part of Second Star Plus or a Single-Trip Pass as the beta develops; the app will show the current options before purchase.
